Stage 2 - 5.5km - Al Jadaf Creekside to Garhoud Bridge 

Follow the sand track up to the bitumen road and turn right.

Follow this road until the bitumen ends.

Continue straight ahead for a very short distance and turn right immediately past the old wooden dhow.

Follow the sand road back out onto the bitumen surface and continue straight ahead until reaching the roundabout in front of Jadaf Shipyard.

Continue across the little roundabout and go under the Metro viaduct.

There will be an orange arrow directing runners to the right.

Continue to follow the orange paint marks into the old fishing village area beside the Creek.

Follow the sand road through this old part and continue towards Business Bay Bridge.

Stay to the right of the road barriers, but follow these around and under the bridge.

As you come out from under the bridge move to the inside of the barriers.

Follow along the right hand side of the road heading back towards the Metro viaduct.

Care is needed along this area as the road is narrow and there is not much room for the runners. Stick to the sand edge where possible.

At the roundabout, just after passing under the viaduct, turn right and continue straight to the next changeover point which is about a hundred metres past the new Metro station.  

Change over is at the small roundabout where the road ends.
