Chilliwilly passed away in Southampton Spire Hospital following a 14 month battle with stomach cancer.

His funeral was held on 23rd April

He is survived by his wife, Sue (Willywarmer), Helen and Charlie.

The funeral was attended by a number of Creek Hashers including Bonzo, Kissmehardon, Silicontits and Ewetrollop.

On the Tuesday's run preceding the funeral the Creek raised Dhs3,000, which was donated to Cancer research.

Chilli was a fantastic person and hasher who held every possible committee position during his 25 years in Dubai and his 654 runs on the Creek.

His last run on the Creek was the 1400th on the 18th November, 2008.
